		<description>As cool as ScreenToaster sounds, I found it to be a little cumbersome to use, and think that for free, &lt;strong&gt;CamStudio is still the best&lt;/strong&gt; for creating screencasts, and you don&#039;t have to be online to use Camstudio.  http://camstudio.org is where to get it, and it works much like camtasia (which costs $300) only the creators let you have it for nada.  

It&#039;s open source software, so it&#039;s continually being updated.  I think you&#039;ll find it a great free alternative to the paid screencast software that they don&#039;t even upgrade for free - it always costs you another $150 to get their &quot;latest version&quot; which I think stinks. (but that&#039;s just my humble opinion)</description>
