We are a service which allows users of training services (“User”) to recommend the provider of such services (“Provider”). Once a provider of training services has been recommended we will invite that Provider to become a member of our site in order to promote their services. We are not involved in any transaction between any User and Provider. For the avoidance of doubt:-
We have no control over and do not guarantee the existence, quality or legality of Provider services advertised on our site; the truth or accuracy of User’s or Provider’s content.
We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

Providers are solely responsible for the information provided by them in respect of their business and services. Each Provider agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information when providing details to us or uploading them to the Site.
Provider shall ensure that information it supplies and the activities of its business on our site are not false, inaccurate or misleading, offensive, menacing, abusive, defamatory, or in breach of copyright, confidence, privacy or any other rights and any such information supplied does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights or any applicable laws.
Each User agrees in respect of each recommendation (also known or referred to on the site as a “commendation” ) made by User that it will be a genuine recommendation based on User’s previous interactions with a Provider or prospective Provider. User confirms that no inducement to give a recommendation has been sought by or given to User by any person. The recommendation/commendation is the opinion of the User and reflects the views of them personally and not that of their employer.

For an initial period following the launch of the site, Providers will also be able to access and use the site for free. The intention is that in due course, in order to continue to use the site, Providers will be required to pay an annual membership fee. Prior to such payment provisions coming into force, details of such charges will be circulated to Providers who can then decide either to discontinue their use of the site or pay the annual membership fee.
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. These content standards apply to any and all material which you contribute to our site which includes any recommendations/commendations that a User may make (contributions), and to any services associated with it.

A User can recommend potential providers who will receive an invitation to join the site and become a member. Such potential members if accepted as Providers can then in turn invite their own clients to make commendations/recommendations about them (“Commendation Requests”).

WeCommend consider the above to amount to reasonable behaviour any actions outside the scope above would be consider by WeCommend to be unreasonable and a breach of this acceptable use policy.
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of our site. When a breach of this policy has occurred or, where applicable, you fail to make full payment of any fees for our Services by your payment due date, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
